Come and join us to relax, restore and reenergise your body, mind and soul. We offer 4 nights/5 days of Yoga, meditation, vegetarian food and fun. Vinyasa yoga to start your day, flow and movement to get you ready to explore the island, or alternatively relaxing in the number of chill out areas around the Villa. Vinyasa allows you to stir up and release toxins from the body, at the end of each morning yoga practice we will finish with meditation to help clear your mind and make positive changes. In the evenings we will practice a Yin yoga to help remove blockages through the meridian energy lines, restorative, yoga nidra or gentle flow to calm the nervous system and enhance the body’s natural self-healing. On our fitness & yoga holiday we will mix in some Vinyasa yoga at the end of the day too.

Open to all levels from beginners to advanced yogis. Whether you are new to yoga and looking to develop your practice or are a dedicated yogi wanting to challenge yourself further to deepen your technique. What's included: 4 nights accommodation in a beautiful traditional Spanish Villa Vegetarian breakfast and dinners 3 nights of the week Mornings – energising and purifying Vinyasa flow yoga – to support the detox by opening your body (and your heart. ) and Chakra opening meditations to clear and optimise the energetic body Group nutritional consultation with Sacha after breakfast (optional) Evening yoga: including restorative yoga, yoga nidra, Yin yoga or gentle flow Optional afternoon activities such as cycle or walking treks, boat trips, market visits, trips to the beautiful surrounding beaches or massages.

Extras: Flights, trips and treatments as you desire. We would suggest hiring your own car if you'd like to explore the beautiful island. Daily sample itinerary: 7.45 - Hot teas and fruit 8 - 10 - Morning Vinyasa yoga & meditation / fitness class 10 - Vegetarian breakfast followed by Q&A with Sacha Harding 11 - 18:00 - You-time, massage, reflexology & further therapies, siestas, chill out, beaches and Ibiza exploration 18:00 - 19:30 - Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle, Restorative yoga or Yoga Nidra 20:00 - Dinner...then chill out with a good book or enjoy the company of like minded people.
